Team work is the greatest strength of any association. It is the bedrock to any tangible progress. A leader might have the greatest dreams,visions but his ability or inability to communicate it effectively to his team members is the key to his success or failure. Each team member with his/her creative input makes the dreams and visions a feasible reality all having the same goal or intent. This is the dynamism expected of a real leader.
The success of any association is not that the leaders were able to get their mandate accomplished but how the team members were able to get the mandate of the leaders accomplished.
